Nominate a Founding Board Member

Seven founding board seats are being filled. Charter v1.7 calls for calls for balance along two axes: sector (Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies, Regulatory Agencies, Academic and Contract Research Organizations) and domain (3Rs/NAMs, MPS, computational toxicology, digital technology, data standards). Nominate someone strong on at least one axis.

Who is eligible to be nominated?
Anyone whose work has built credibility in one of the eight categories named above. Self-nominations are accepted. Charter v1.7 explicitly seeks balance across all eight categories — nominations from underrepresented categories are especially welcome.
Can I nominate more than one person?
Yes. Submit one nomination per person.
What is the timeline?
Nominations remain open until June 1, 2026.
Will the nominee be contacted?
The founding board reaches out directly to nominees who advance to consideration. We do not contact every nominee individually.
What does the founding board commit to?
Two-year terms, one renewal permitted. Fiduciary responsibility for the founding period of DiPS. Participation in board meetings and ratification of the four governance decisions in the founding period.
